Deck Pricing: What to Expect

Real numbers. No surprises. Our projects typically range from $80,000 to more than $200,000, as many of the decks we build include upgraded materials, custom layouts, and features designed for long-term use.

Simple repairs start around $1500

Every project is different, but the biggest factors are:

Size & Layout – Square footage, elevation, complexity

Material Selection – Wood vs composite vs PVC

Design Features – Multi-levels, lighting, built-ins, custom railings

Site Conditions – Access, grading, demolition, structural needs

We’ll walk through all of this with you so there are no surprises halfway through the job.

How We Price Our Work

Our pricing is structured, consistent, and based on real costs—not guesswork.

Material, labor, and overhead are updated regularly

Line-item proposals so you know exactly what you’re paying for

No inflated pricing based on location or assumptions

No “lake or neighborhood pricing.” Just accurate numbers and quality work.

What It’s Like to Work with Us

We run a structured, organized process so you’re not guessing what happens next.

This isn’t a “we’ll get to it when we can” type of operation.

GETTING STARTED

We don’t offer free estimates.

We provide professional onsite consultations where we evaluate your property, discuss your project in detail, and begin developing a plan that makes sense for your space and budget.

If you’re serious about building a deck the right way, that’s where the process starts.

REQUEST A CONSULTATION

We believe in making the process as simple and straightforward as possible, so you know exactly what to expect. Our goal is to deliver the best possible deck for your needs, whether you're looking for a simple space to relax or an expansive outdoor living area to entertain friends and family.

frequently asked questions

A new deck can range anywhere from $10,000 to $70,000 depending on the size, complexity and materials involved. Our average new deck price is $35,000.

Generally, we can provide quotes within a week or 5 business days.

It depends on the size and scope of work and material availability. Shipping times and seasonal demands impact lead time, which could be up to a few months when in high demand. Often, we can schedule smaller projects sooner than larger projects. In general, our construction scheduling window can vary from a few weeks to a few months depending on the time of year.

The quality of our builds generally exceeds that of most residential builders both in design and longevity. Because of this, we generally do not build projects for other general contractors as our cost generally exceeds what the industry calls “builder grade”.
